Totem Forests

To the Totem Forests, a collection of paintings and photos of coastal villages in early twentieth century British Columbia, is available online. Paleolithic Paintings

The French Ministry of Culture and Communications has revamped its Lascaux website to include a 3-D digital exploration of the cave, as well as specialized information about the history of the latter Upper Paleolithic cave paintings of the Dordogne region. The period (34,000-9,500 BP) is noted for the appearance of bone and antler work, jewellery making, art, and religious concepts.
